Although not obligated Syntec may upon request consider giving a refund of the purchased product, less a re-stocking fee, being 15% of the total value of the product, if contacted within 7 days of purchase. Note that the refunded amount will not extend to any freight charges incurred during the original purchase of the said good/s.
